Nylon membrane has natural hydrophilicity, wide chemical compatibility, without surface active agent. In its production, we have to strictly take control of its environment so as to ensure its quality and cleanity. Sweating soldering is adopted to filter cartridge sealing which as possibly decrease it being oxidized as possible meanwhile extend its service life. Nylon filter cartridge can be cleaned by chemical agent. The pleated cartridges made from Nylon and PP have chemical inertness, no fiber dropping and biological safety. Nylon membrane pleated filter cartridges made by 3F® have characters of large effective filtering area, high flow rate, low resistance, longer service life.
